Mılepel

A family-owned investment and development company built on a simple idea:

The best value is created when people thrive.

Milepel has developed places, experiences and communities in Western Norway for nearly thirty years. Not because property is the goal in itself, but because good places change lives. Milepel will keep evolving through new people, new ideas and new generations, with the same conviction at its core: quality of life is the most important return.

    Today

    One ecosystem

Places, experiences, communities and investments are developed as one continuous ecosystem, with quality of life as the most important return.

Our values

Four words we steer by.

Our values are not posters on a wall. They are working rules that decide which projects we say yes to, how we build, and who we build with.

Trust

We build relationships that outlast any single project. Neighbours, municipalities, partners and customers should find that we keep our word, year after year.

Quality

We make deliberate choices and follow the details all the way, from the first sketch to the last light fitting. Quality is the sum of a thousand small decisions made with care.

Curiosity

We look for the opportunities others have not seen yet. Every place carries a story and a potential, and our job is to find it and bring it forward.

Responsibility

We develop with respect for people, places, history and generations to come. What we build should stand for a long time and make the neighbourhood richer.
