Around 10,000 square metres of retail in central Egersund: bought in 2007, closed on 1 January 2008 and reopened on 24 May the same year. One of the fastest conversions carried out in Rogaland.

The project story

Eger Shopping became proof of execution. The centre was bought in 2007, closed its doors on 1 January 2008, and just five months later, on 24 May, a completely rebuilt retail house opened. The project was sold in January 2009 and stands as one of the fastest conversions carried out in Rogaland.
