Hotell Sandviken Brygge

An anonymous guesthouse by the sea in Sandviken, bought in 2002 and reopened in autumn 2004 as a high-profile hotel with 22 owner apartments, restaurant and spa. Sold in 2007.

The project story

Sandviken had the charm, the sea and the history, but the guesthouse had no story. Milepel gave it one. After two years of work, Hotell Sandviken Brygge opened in autumn 2004 under the motto "a hotel for your inner room": a place of calm at the water’s edge, with restaurant, spa and 22 owner apartments. The hotel was sold in 2007, a chapter fully told.
